Dear Master Students,
1- For the online oral defense exam, the following is necessary requirements to be available for holding these exams:
– High speed internet connection. (Broadband Internet connection or speedy wireless).
– Laptop or PC with the Microsoft team program downloaded
– Camera & Headset/Mic (that are switched on throughout the online defense exam).
2- Join MS teams at least 15 minutes before the time of the examination.
3- you will present your dissertation within 20 minutes while using the official AU presentation slides
4- present solely in an isolated quiet place during the whole exam.
5- Maintain continuous and close communication with your supervisor and master program coordinator/director until the exam day.
6- be sure to attend the awareness workshop which will be held on Monday 4th May 2020 at 12 O’clock

- بالنسبة لأطروحات الماجستير عن بعد، يشترط منكم توفير المتطلبات التالية لإجراء هذه الاطروحات:
- إنترنت عالي السرعة (إنترنت واسع النطاق أو لاسلكي سريع).
- كمبيوتر محمول أو كمبيوتر شخصي مع تحميل برنامج . Microsoft Teams
- كاميرا وسماعة / ميكروفون (حيث يتم تشغيلها طوال فترة تقديم الاطروحة عن بعد).
- الدخول إلى برنامج Microsoft Teams قبل موعد تقديم الأطروحة ب 15 دقيقة على الأقل.
- تقدم أطروحتك خلال 20 دقيقة ويرجى استخدام شرائح العرض الرسمية للجامعة الأهلية.
- توفير مكان هادئ ومنعزل طوال فترة تقديم الأطروحة.
- التواصل المستمر مع المشرف الخاص بك ومنسق / مدير البرنامج حتى يوم تقديم الأطروحة.
- الحرص على حضور ورشة التوعية التي ستعقد يوم الاثنين 4 مايو 2020 الساعة 12 ظهرا عبر برنامج Microsoft Teams.
