Ms. Jovana Ilic holds a degree in Neo-Hellenic Philology and two master’s degrees: one in Marketing Management from the University of Belgrade and another in Public Policy from Central European University (Budapest, now in Vienna). Her career spans the Creative Industries and Higher Education sectors, with significant experience in external communications and partnership management.

Before joining Ahlia University, Jovana served as an International Relations Advisor at the University of Belgrade, where she partnered with numerous universities and institutions across Europe, coordinated international cooperation programmes and led content strategy for international promotion. Additionally, Jovana is a certified trainer in the Process Communication Model (PCM®), a comprehensive tool for facilitating communication and predicting behaviours.

Jovana joined the International Relations team at Ahlia University, contributing her experience and diverse perspectives to support the university’s international relations and communications projects.
