Ms. Betty Joseph has been completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration. She is a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse over 10 years of healthcare experience in a variety of medical settings. Since 2020 she has been working with Ahlia University as a Campus Nurse.
• Provide first aid care and prescribed services.
• Provides confidential medical advice, Services such as case finding, Health education, Referring and care to help prevent serious health problems.
• Prepare a monthly report on the stock of health supplies used in the Health Unit as well as First Aid Boxes and reordering if needed.
• Prepare Health Unit visitors monthly reports.
• Prepare accident/incidents reports.
• Correspond with university personnel on student’s health if required.
• Promote and assist in the control of communicable diseases by organizing workshops or reputable people to visit the University to create health awareness.
• Co-ordinate with cleaning teams to maintain a high level of hygiene in the university campus.
• Co-ordinate with Special Need Directorate and Provides specialist & holistic care for students with special needs.
• Organize Health and Wellbeing awareness sessions, medical camps etc.…
