Adopting a quantitative research approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to both administrative and clinical managers employed in private hospitals across Palestine, resulting in 131 valid survey responses. Partial least squares structural equation modelling was utilised to assess the latent constructs, examine reliability, and test the hypothesised relationships among the study variables.
