Dr. Victor has a PhD degree in Computer Engineering from the Pontificia of Salamanca University. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Politécnica University of Madrid, Spain, a Specialist in Marketing from the Rosario University and Systems Engineering of the Distrital University “Francisco José de Caldas” of Colombia. He is currently a researcher and senior lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering at the Distrital University “Francisco José de Caldas” in Bogotá, Colombia, where he is Extension Director of the Engineering Faculty. His area of work and research is knowledge management and software engineering.
