Ahlia University has recognised Ms. Hajar Radhi, Head of Registration Department, as the “Star of the Month”, in recognition of her outstanding professional performance, initiatives and contributions to improving student services and administrative efficiency.
The recognition forms part of the University’s efforts to promote a culture of excellence and acknowledge employees who demonstrate innovation, commitment and positive contributions to the wider university community.
In her role as Head of the Registration Department, Ms. Radhi has introduced several initiatives aimed at streamlining student procedures, enhancing service quality and improving the efficiency and accuracy of administrative processes.
Ahlia University Founding President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Professor Abdulla Al-Hawaj, praised the dedication of the University’s administrative teams, describing them as key partners in the institution’s continued success. He said employees represent an essential part of Ahlia University’s achievements and its growing reputation as a leading higher education institution locally and regionally.“All members of the Ahlia University family are stars and deserve recognition, but the competition’s regulations require selecting one winner each month,” Al-Hawaj added. He also thanked the organising committee, led by the Vice-President for Administrative and Financial Affairs Dr. Esraa Al-Dhaen, for supporting the initiative and developing programmes that encourage excellence among employees.
Dr. Al-Dhaen said the selection committee received nine nominations, submitted either by employees themselves or recommended by their supervisors. She noted that the competition was highly competitive due to the strong performance of all nominees, with the final selection made after a series of evaluation stages. She praised Radhi’s professionalism, dedication and collaborative approach, highlighting her continuous efforts to introduce improvements and support a positive workplace environment.
Receiving the award, Radhi expressed her appreciation for the recognition, saying it reflects the spirit of teamwork and the support provided by the university leadership.
She affirmed her commitment to continuing her efforts to enhance student services and contribute to achieving Ahlia University’s vision and mission.
The “Star of the Month” programme is one of the University’s initiatives aimed at creating a motivating work environment and recognising employees who serve as examples of commitment, creativity and excellence.
