Prof. Adel Sarea is a Professor at Ahlia University in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He holds various editorial roles in several international journals, including Editor-in-Chief, Section Editor, Senior Editor, Consulting Editor, Associate Editor, and Guest Editor. His profile embodies a dedication to academic research, impactful teaching, and leadership within the accounting and finance community. His research has been published in top-tier academic journals. Prof. Sarea has received numerous awards, including outstanding paper awards and outstanding reviewer awards. He has also been invited to be a keynote speaker at several international conferences. He is a member of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ).

Prof. Sarea supervises several Ph.D. and master’s students and has served as an external examiner for theses at universities, including Monash University, Edith Cowan University, and several institutions in Malaysia (IIUM, UPSI, and USIM).
