Our corporate governance structure includes mechanisms to regulate the various relationships between the Board of Directors, executives, shareholders and stakeholders, by establishing special rules and procedures to facilitate decision making as well as follow-up foundations to evaluate and monitor our performance, and to ensure transparency and credibility on all levels, for the purpose of protecting the rights of all stakeholders, and achieving justice, competitiveness and transparency.
