Procedure Step by Step
- Learn About Ahlia: Review Ahlia’s study programmes, course descriptions, and credit allocations. Identify courses that match those at your home university by college, year, and study cycle.
- Start at Your Home University: Follow your university’s application process and deadlines. Contact the relevant office and gather the required documents. Ahlia’s required documents are listed below.
- Contact Ahlia’s International Academic Coordinator: Once your Learning Agreement Proposal is ready, contact the International Academic Coordinator of the relevant college at Ahlia for feedback on course selection. Coordinators are listed later in this section.
- Home University Nominates You to Ahlia: Your university formally submits your nomination to Ahlia University.
- Ahlia Issues an Acceptance Letter: If you meet the requirements, Ahlia will issue an acceptance letter and provide personalised support. You will then complete your application by submitting the required documents through our form.
- Ahlia Assists You With Logistics: Ahlia supports you with visa applications, housing, and other logistics.
- Your Mobility Starts: Ahlia’s team welcomes you at the airport, helps you settle in, and ensures ongoing support throughout your stay.

Application Requirements
Accepted students must submit the following documents through the online application form:
- Application form (including the list of courses they want to take, biography, semester, and year)
- 1 recent passport-sized image (at least 2 x 2 inches)
- Copy of ID card (if available)
- Copy of the passport cover page
- Copy of secondary school certificate
- Transcript of grades for the last three years of secondary school
- Official transcripts of courses completed at the home institution
