Dr. Iyyappan Moorthi is an Assistant Professor in the College of Information Technology at Ahlia University. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy and M.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from SRM University [formerly known as SRM Institute of Science & Technology], India and M.B.A degree in System Management from Alagappa University. He completed his B.Tech degree Information and Communication Technology from Centre for Information Technology & Engineering, M.S. University, India.

Dr. Iyyappan is a passionate academician, and vibrant researcher. He has over 10+ years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience in Computer Science and Engineering. Dr. Iyyappan has been invited to deliver an expert talk at many universities. He is also the reviewer of numerous international journals, national journals, and conferences. He is also associated with LMISTE/IEEE/IET/IACSIT/ACM/CSTA. He has conducted several Training Workshops, Seminars, Webinars, Technical Events, Hackathons, and Science clubs in Computer Science Engineering. He is an accredited industrial trainer in IBM/TCS/Xebia/Microsoft/ NASSCOM organization programs such as Data Analytics & Visualization, Industry IBM Architect, Enterprise Design Thinking, Business Analytics, IBM Essential Software Tools, FCEAD Software Architect, Development Operation Systems, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment, AI Operation Systems. He organized several training courses for Adani University & Adani Group for open-source applications development and Data Analytics & Visualization.
