Undergraduate Programmes – Required Attestation

In order for applications to be processed the applicants are required to submit certified or attested secondary school certificates and official university transcripts for transferred students.
Requirements for Bahraini Graduates of Secondary Schools:

  • For public schools: An official transcript of grades for the last three years of secondary school and a graduation notification issued by the Bahraini Ministry of Education.
  • For private schools: An official transcript of grades for the last three years of secondary school and a graduation notification endorsed and signed by the Bahraini Ministry of Education along with a certificate of equivalence issued by the Directorate of Private Education in the Bahraini Ministry of Education.

Requirements for Graduates of International Secondary Schools:
Official attested secondary school transcripts and the attested graduation notification are required. The attestations have to be done by the authorized educational authority/ ministry in the country of graduation. Both documents have to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bahraini Embassy in the country of graduation. A certificate of equivalence obtained from the Bahraini Ministry of Education is required.
All original certificates/transcripts/documents should be presented for verification during the application.
