In 2022, she has initiated Ahlia University Mentorship Schemes, attracting people from the industry to guide students in a focus group mentorship session. By including various components of society across the different proposed schemes, AU mentorship program supports the organization’s mission of serving as a bridge to community engagement. It also complements AU goal of providing students with superior learning opportunities and an outstanding learner experience, while parallelly promoting life-long learning skill for personal and professional development to benefited students. In so doing the program aids developing students’ employability skills, by giving them a real chance to learn from an expert in the field.

With a focus on enhancing University – Industry collaborations, Almusali was engaged as part of AU community engagement committee in arranging for collaborative events such as (People development at professional firms, KPMG as example, Arabic calligraphy exhibition). Besides, she supervises students during industry internship and provides administrative support for the college programs review for accreditation and quality assurance purposes.
