The Acting Director of Center for Information and Learning Systems plays a pivotal role in leading and executing strategic development initiatives and capital projects related to Ahlia University’s Student Information System (ADREG). This role entails overseeing the continuous enhancement of the system to ensure its efficiency, reliability, and alignment with the University’s strategic objectives.

The position is responsible for systematically collecting, analyzing, and translating staff and institutional requirements into well-designed system modules and comprehensive reports. This includes managing the full system development lifecycle (design, development, testing, and implementation) while ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Additionally, the Acting Director provides advanced technical support and delivers structured training sessions to ADREG end-users, ensuring optimal system utilization across the University. The role also involves proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system issues, and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance system stability and overall user experience.
