This forum is an event designed for educators and administrators at institutions of higher learning who are interested in assessment of student learning. It is offered over three consecutive hours. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the forum.
Objectives
At the end of the forum, participants will be able to:
- Develop an effective outcome-based assessment system to improve the learning process.
- Adopt a process-based approach to foster outcome-based education
- Define performance indicators and rubrics,
- Choose assessment methods appropriate to student outcomes.
