The main role of Information and Communication Technology Centre is to support and maintain the activities of the AU community by providing the appropriate use of technology through IT related services to students/academics and administrative staff.

The average temperature during the summer is 37- 40°C. However, most outdoor locations have shade and buildings are climate controlled. Temperatures are milder between October and May, averaging 21–27C
Directorate of Administrative Services

The Directorate of Administrative Services is responsible for the University’s administrative functions, providing key logistical support to both academic and non-academic staff.
Financial Affairs Directorate

The Financial Affairs Directorate is responsible for the University’s financial and accounts activities including financial & cost accounting, cash & bank control, purchase & income ledger control, payroll, general administration and provides suggestions for long and short term financial planning & strategies.
The Directorate is in charge of all financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract and procurement management, budget and finance, fixed assets, business services and payroll. Financial Affairs also performs analysis, reconciliation and interpretation of general ledger accounts and presents management reports.
The Department aims to provide accurate financial information, improve financial awareness, ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, prompt collections of receivables and provide general support on finance-related matters.
