Submission Guidelines and Deadlines
- Initial submission includes an extended abstract only. The deadline for submission is the 15th of January 2026.
 - The submission deadline for the full paper will be two weeks after the closing ceremony of the conference.
 - Notification of acceptance of the extended abstract will be within one week of submission.
 - Notification of acceptance of the full paper will be 3 weeks after submission.
 - All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
 - Manuscripts should follow the conference formatting guidelines ([to be provided]).
 - All accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings, and selected papers may be considered for inclusion in Scopus indexed journals in collaboration with our publishing partners.
