Ahlia University is taking significant steps towards incorporating technology into its administrative operations to improve efficiency and productivity. In line with Ahlia University’s commitment to supporting the professional growth of its administrative staff, the Professional Development and Training Unit organised a task management course. This initiative stems from the adoption of a new vision that embraces technological advancements, including artificial intelligence, to elevate the performance of administrative employees.
Dr. Maria Saberi led the training sessions, equipping participants with fundamental skills and strategies. The course employed interactive and practical activities, encompassing a range of diverse and common scenarios encountered in administrative roles. This approach aimed to stimulate critical thinking and foster the growth of employees’ abilities to effectively manage, plan, and analyse tasks. Ultimately, the goal was to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance in handling daily responsibilities, enabling participants to leverage their full potential in a dynamic work environment.
Dr. Fatima Al-Dhaen chaired the technical training sessions, focusing on coordinating and organising tasks using appropriate technological tools. During the sessions, participants gained new skills that could be immediately applied in real-world scenarios.
