Anjum Razzaque, Ph.D. is an American and British educated Assistant Professor at the College of Business & Finance at Ahlia University in Bahrain. Dr Anjum is teaching Management of Information Systems courses. He attained his Ph.D. from Brunel University’s Business School, London, UK. His doctoral dissertation was “Assessing physicians’ Virtual Community on Knowledge shared Decision Making”. Furthermore, Dr. Anjum attained his M.Sc. in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology, New York, USA and B.Sc. in Computerized Design and Graphics from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology, New York, USA.



Dr Anjum joined Ahlia University with a strong 10+ years of academic teaching background, which was attained from New York Institute of Technology and University of Bahrain. In addition to his teaching experience, Dr Anjum is a distinguished research scholar since he has been actively publishing since 2008, i.e. so far Dr Anjum contributed 30+ intellectual contributions in the form of blind peer reviewed journal articles, conference articles and book chapters, out of his doctoral research as well as research grants. (Some of the papers are viewable on: whiles few of these papers have been cited by other scholars; FYI: A number of these intellectual contributed have bared international awards, e.g. of few being: (1) best knowledge management paper at the BITMED 2009 – China, (2) best 3rd doctoral symposium at Ahlia University, Bahrain – 2012, (3) overall best paper award at the EMCIS 2012 – Germany, (4) summer research grants in 2012, 2014, etc.

Dr Anjum enthusiastically seeks research industry professional for collaborative research in the area of Healthcare informatics for opportunity to conduct applied research to pursue international research grants and journal publications. Since 2002, Dr Anjum has actively provided institutional services by serving as a course coordinator, committee’s chairperson, probation students’ adviser, director of professional enrichment and director of experiential education. Especially during his director role, Dr Anjum was able to successfully provide MBA students opportunities to contribute in real-life commercial projects as programmers, database analysts, systems analysts, etc., i.e. part time and full time jobs in the area of informatics in Bahrain and Canada. Furthermore, Dr Anjum has also actively provided service; to his profession, since he actively participates as a reviewer for journals and conferences editorial boards.
