Maycel has great passion for leadership and business development, he is an experienced leader with expertise in IT from different sectors. He has worked with agile methods since the early 2002 and was early certified as a Scrum Master and Product owner. He has been implementing the agile methodology in different roles, as a developer, architect, Scrum Master, Product Owner, coach, mentor, CTO, and CEO. With a Phd in Signals and Systems and long work experience in several large corporation, Maycel has gained an extensive network and a strong competence in innovative products as an expert and leader. Moreover, Maycel as a entrepreneur and leader has long experience of starting and running business, corporate governance, and business development.
Maycel is today owner and CEO of a consulting company with more than 70 employees in six different regions in Sweden. He is a board member for several companies. He is founder and owner of several startup-companies with cutting-edge technologies. He is engaged in different manifesto to implement agile/lean ways of working at all levels of the organization.
