  • Obtained master degree and PhD in Accounting from Helwan University, Egypt.
  • Has more than 22 years’ experience in the academic field from Egypt, KSA and Bahrain.
  • Has published more than 20 papers in regional and international journals.
  • Holds memberships in various societies and organisations.

Biography

Sameh Reyad, received his Ph.D degree in 2008 and worked as an Associate Professor of Accounting , since 2015. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Certified Management Accountants (USA) in 2009 and a Member of the American Association of International Researchers (AAIR), American Research Institute for Policy Development since January 2014. Dr. Reyad has more than 26 years of experience in the Academic Field, as well as working in many Academic institutions all over the world. He is a Consultant in Saudi organization for certified public accountants (SOCPA) since 2014. His research interests are broadly in the fields of Corporate Governance, Audit Committee, Online Financial Disclosure and Research Methods.
He has more than 60 published papers in regional and international Journals and Participated in many International Conferences. His work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Education for Business, Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Journal of Islamic Accounting and Business Research, Journal of Higher Education, Skills and Work-Based Learning and European Business Review.
He is a member of editorial boards for many international Journals like: Journal of Business, Management and Economics Research, Journal of Management sciences, International Journal of Empirical Finance and Journal of Business and Socio-economic Development.

Supervision

Dr. Reyad supervised many Bachelor degree projects in Accounting, MBA theses and projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
