Dr Maria Saberi joined 17 professional women from the Gulf region, in London-UK, each specialized in her field, in an intensive 3 days leadership development workshop, designed by Windsor Leadership, where they were coached towards identifying their challenges and to produce personal action plans to help resolve these challenges. The workshop was conducted by professional executive coaches who have had years of experience in developing leadership skills.
