Main Responsibilities

Performs general office administration services for the College of Graduate Studies & Research – PhD Programme. The job entails processing and management of information, correspondences, files maintenance, and requirements for meetings to support the Consultant to PhD Programme and the PhD students; the job also involves interaction with students at the College of Graduate Studies & Research – PhD Programme, answering and follow up on their queries.
