Ms. Zainab Alansari is a computer science faculty and chair of community engagement committee at AMA International University Bahrain. She is a professional member of IEEE Computer Society & IEEE Young Professionals. Ms. Zainab has more than ten years of work experience in the domain of IT. She has played roles as an IT Instructor, Lecturer in several universities, institutions, schools and also has been a private tutor. She has authored / co-authored more than 20 International publications which are indexed ISI and Scopus journals / conferences and/or presented at various high quality International conferences and journals including IEEE, ACM, Springer, and others. Ms. Zainab holds BS degree in Computer Science with summa cum laude and MSc degree in the Computer System and Networking with highest honor and best thesis award. She is in her last year of her Ph.D. candidature at the University of Malaya with a dissertation entitled “Anomaly Detection in Wireless Sensor Network based Internet of Things”. Her research interests include big data, internet of things, cloud computing and wireless sensor network.
