Al Nukhba Youth Empowerment Program is an annual program organized by HireStream and Inovent Event Management. HireStream through it’s international talent assessment partner conducts a nationwide graduate registration and assessment. The top candidates are then selected by an esteemed panel of local and regional experts. They are provided the opportunity to undergo a full-fledged professional and life skills training program and placement support with leading graduate employers.
We support the top local graduates to get the right start and competitive advantage essential to shaping them as valued leaders of tomorrow. The program contributes to strengthening the position of local youth as the preferred choice for all graduate job positions. Through this program we encourage employers in the Middle East to adopt international best practices for graduate selection and recruitment. This will enable employers to consistently select top local graduates and support effective nationalization.
