Welcome to Ahlia International Exchange Unit!

Ahlia University’s International Exchange Unit (IEU) began its operations in 2009 by signing its first agreement with EPITECH, Paris, France with an aim to facilitate student exchange between Ahlia University and Epitech to start with and progressively with other Universities/Institutions abroad. The first batch of Epitech students came to Ahlia University in 2009. Subsequently agreements with more institutions have been signed and student exchange activities have gained momentum with the first batch of Ahlia University students going to ISG Paris, in 2010. Ever since, the student number has been increasing and the operations of the IEU are expanding in terms of extending its cooperation with more number of institutions abroad. Recently, Ahlia University had reached an agreement for student exchange with Brunel University starting First semester 2013-2014 Academic Year. The IEU is headed by Dr. Abdulmonem M. Al-Shirawi, Director of the unit and supported by experienced staff to take care of the needs of the exchange students and partnering institutions.
