Director, Financial Affairs
Financial Affairs Directorate is responsible for the University’s financial and accounts activities including financial & cost accounting, cash & bank control, purchase & income ledger control, payroll, general administration and provides suggestions for long and short term financial planning & strategies.
The Directorate is in charge of all financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract and Procurement Management, Budget and Finance, Fixed Assets, Business Services and Payroll. Financial Affairs performs analysis, reconciliation and interpretation of General Ledger Accounts and presents management reports..
The Department aims to provide accurate financial information, improve financial awareness, ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, prompt collections of receivables and provide general support on finance-related matters.
