Arab Academy for Research & Studies (AARS) is Ahlia University’s investment company. AARS is a profit-making Bahraini Shareholding Company (Closed). It is the vehicle for providing returns to the shareholders.

Besides Ahlia University, AARS is also the holding company for Ahlia School and Ahlia Training and Development Centre (ATDC).
