To change a timing of a given section in a given semester.
2.1 Any department wants to make a modification in the time table regarding changing the timing of a given course/section will have to follow these specifications.
3.1 The department fills in the Request to Change timing of a course/section form.
3.2 The form signed by the chairperson of the department, then by the dean of the college.
3.3 The form submitted to the Registration Supervisor.
3.4 The request form signed by the registration supervisor after studying the request and follow the following rules in order to change the timing:
a. Before the beginning of student’s registration, the timing can be changed without requesting additional details.
b. After beginning of student’s registration, the consent of all students enrolled in that section has to be submitted with the request form.
c. The new timing suits the available time slots.
d. A class room available for the new requested time.
3.5 The form signed by the Dean of Registration depending on the Registration Supervisor remarks.
3.6 The course/section’s timing changed using ADREG system by the Registration Officer.
